Learning outcomes: The student is able to:
- understand the HR professionals job fields and strategic importance of human resource management in an organization
- set relevant questions related to Human Resource Management and find answers to them
- apply the basic processes of human resource management

Opintojakson työskentelytavat ja aikataulutus
Online course including online lectures, assignments (group + individual) and an exam. Online lectures in Zoom/Teams. Moodle- and other online workspaces also used.
Ilmoittautumistiedot
Students of the other UAS (Degree students and Open Studies’ path students) enrol via Ilmoittautuminen/Enrol -link. Starting instruction will be sent after the enrollment period.
Others register via the Open enrolment/ Avoin AMK ilmoittautuminen link. See the registration link for further instructions. Registration for others starts on 29.11.2022 at 8.00. A quota of places is reserved for Open University of Applied Sciences students. A price is 75 €.
