Competence

The student recognizes the complexity between entrepreneurial life, enterprise networks and logistics. The student understands major operators, operations and processes of logistics and supply chain management. The student makes use of thinking and terminology of logistics. Classification of competence: basic level.

Contents

Different phases of logistic process (inbound, in-house and outbound logistics). Operators, operations and processes of Supply Chain. Logistics and its significance as making added value. Evaluation of performance, service and costs of logistics. Designing logistic process. Role of logistics as a strategic competitive factor. Logistic system.
