World Economic Forum, WEF Future of Jobs report presented that in 2020, one out of three most important skills in working life were creativity and innovation. The objective of the course is to provide an opportunity to increase creativity and our ability to think anew. Another goal is to discuss how leaders should help employees towards a creative way of thinking, bring different kind of people with different competencies together and find new multiple perspectives for employees and management as team players at work.
Content
– Fundamental understanding of leadership & management.
– Gaining an understanding of different organisational structures and leadership
– Ability to create organisational cultural analysis
– Understanding the fundamentals of team psychology and development
– Understanding of teams and how to build up good teams
– Understanding individuals’ roles in a team and diversity in a team/group/organisation setting
– understand the importance of creativity in itself and understand the importance of creativity in the workplace / leadership
Assignments. Grading scale: 0 - 5
