Student is able to

• understand the purpose of the physics in technology
• describe and utilize the SI-unit system and implement
• solve mathematical problems in kinematics, mechanics and thermodynamics
• utilize vectors

Independent course at own pace: videos, exercises. Learning environment is Moodle.

Course additional info

Tekniikan fysiikan perusteet AT00BT70 and Basic Studies in Physics AT00CH50 are the same course. You cannot have the both of them.

Course enrolment info

Students of the other UAS (Degree students and Open Studies’ path students): Enroll for the course via Ilmoittaudu/Enrol. Use your student email on the enrollment form. You will receive starting instructions immediately after registering and you can start to complete the course on 1 May 2024, not earlier.
