Student can assess the strategic meaning of human resource management (HRM) as a part of comprehensive management. Student can identify and explain areas, processes and systems the organization has for acquiring, maintaining and developing human resources. Student shows ability to recognize the importance of responsible resource management and promotion of work wellbeing as the basis of effective operation.
This is Master’s degree course.
You must activate the SAMK-ID and @student.samk.fi email address to complete the course. After your enrolment has been processed, the Student Services Secretary will send you the activation instructions to the email you provided in the enrolment form.
There is a limited number of students approved on this course. When you fill out the electronic application, you would have seen if there were places left. If the course is already full, you can find the waitlist with a waiting number in the end of the course title.
When your enrolment has been processed, the Student Services Secretary will send you a message with instructions on how to activate the SAMK student identifier to the email address you provided in the application form. (The message is sent just before the course begins).
