Course description: 

In this course you will obtain an overview of the UX design and design processes for creating user-centric digital services and interaction design.
You also acquire knowledge of design thinking, concept design and other specific techniques and guidelines for developing meaningful services in digital age.

Objectives:
The student is able to understand
• how to design great user experiences
• build up knowledge, skills and competencies in user experience design and digital communication

The student is able to
• create, improve and develop new concepts and solutions for businesses and organizations within digital marketing and interaction design

Content: Idea creation and assessment, development of concepts
