The Innovation course explains what innovation and innovating mean in practice and how innovations can be promoted in working life. During the course, concepts of future and the basics of foresight activities are learned.
Futures thinking, innovation competence and the use of creative methods in innovation activities are applied in practice through given assignments.
No specific entry requirements. All you need to participate is an internet connection and a standard word processing program (Word or similar) on your computer.

After completing the course, the student:
Assessment comprises of written exercises and an exam. Your final grade will be the average of your results for each of these assessments. You will also participate in group discussions.
