Learning outcomes: The student is able to

• form a plan for software product management
• analyse the cost structure and lifecycle of a software product
• choose appropriate sales, marketing and distribution channels for a software product

Content:

• The course covers the concept of product regarding software specifically. This includes product management and the cost structure for software as well as sales, marketing and distribution channels.

Previous knowledge should include the LAB course Software Business.

Arbetsformer och schemaläggning

The course has four touchpoints for the student:

1) kickoff 2) a lesson 3) optional guidance session 4) deadline for the written work

The course work can be done in groups.

No mandatory participation in meetings. Recommended participation on the lesson and guidance.

On this course, you will continue to work on the business plan started on the LAB course Software Business. The work will be continued on the LAB course Software Business Environment.

Students of the other UAS (Degree students and Open Studies’ path students)  enrol via Ilmoittaudu/Enroll -link. Please, write your student email to the enrollment form. Starting instruction will be sent after the enrollment period.
