You can measure and evaluate the success of customer experience. Content: How to customize services? How do you collect customer information and develop customer experience? Course way of working and time table

Independent execution method as an online implementation, independently completed learning tasks and familiarization with the topic. No live lectures or group work. The course contains various short tests, few discussion tasks and exam. Assignment return times are announced at the beginning of the study period.
