Fundamentals of Digital Marketing

Course description

Digital marketing knowledge and tools are essential in todays business. In this study unit, you will complete a digital marketing certification and get familiar with the key principles of digital marketing and its tools. The study unit is fully online so you can adjust the workload based on your schedule.

The student is able to

• analyze current trends in digital services
• plan how to use digital sales channels
• use digital tools to support marketing

Canvas learning environment will open at the start of the course. Students will complete a part of the course on Google’s Digital Garage service.

Assessment criteria

Arvioinnin perusteet kuvattu Canvasissa. Kurssi arvioidaan hyväksytty/hylätty-asteikolla.

Course way of working and time table

Kurssilla on kaksi arvioinnissa huomioitavaa tehtävänpalautusta, jotka kummatkin tulee olla tehtynä kurssin päättymispäivämäärään (31.12.2024) mennessä. Tarkemmat tiedot ovat Canvas-oppimisympäristössä.

Kesälomakaudella heinäkuussa ja vuodenvaihteen lomien aikana ei kirjata arviointeja. Lukukauden loppuun mennessä tehdyt suoritukset kirjataan kuluneelle lukukaudelle, 31.12. mennessä tehdyt syyslukukaudelle ja 31.7. mennessä tehdyt kevätlukukaudelle.
