In this course you will learn the basics of health promotion. The goals are that you can define health and health promotion, you are aware of health promotion at global level, and you know basic elements of health promoting diet and physical activity.

Contents:

• Key concepts of health
• Key concepts of health promotion
• National and international strategies for health promotion
• Recommendations for healthy nutrition and physical activity

Independent study in Moodle learning environment.

The course tasks are evaluated in the following weeks: 38, 45 and 51.
